Prices, itineraries, and package details may change without prior notice.

Bookings are initiated through our website enquiry forms or via WhatsApp communication. A booking is confirmed only after: - You receive a written confirmation (email or WhatsApp) from our team - The agreed advance payment has been received - Both parties have agreed upon the final itinerary and pricing Submitting an enquiry form does not constitute a confirmed booking. Our team will respond with a detailed quote and availability within 24 hours.

- All prices on the website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are per person unless otherwise stated - Prices are indicative and may vary based on season, availability, group size, and specific requirements - Final pricing will be confirmed in your booking confirmation - Payment can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other methods communicated at the time of booking - An advance payment (typically 30-50% of the total cost) is required to confirm your booking - The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of departure, as communicated by our team

As a traveler, you agree to: - Provide accurate and complete personal information for bookings - Carry valid government-issued photo identification during the trip - Follow instructions of guides and local authorities - Respect local customs, traditions, and environmental guidelines - Ensure you are medically fit for the chosen tour - Inform us of any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or special requirements at the time of booking - Be punctual at all pickup points and scheduled activities

We commit to: - Providing services as described in your confirmed itinerary - Ensuring all transport vehicles are properly maintained and insured - Providing experienced, knowledgeable drivers and guides - Assisting with any issues or emergencies during your trip - Maintaining transparency in pricing and policies However, we are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by factors beyond our control (see Section 9).

Uttarakhand Easy Trips acts as a facilitator between travelers and service providers (hotels, transport operators, activity providers). While we carefully vet our partners: - We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, or death arising from services provided by third-party suppliers - We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during the trip - Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question - We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance before your trip

We shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: - Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, landslides, avalanches) - Extreme weather conditions and road closures - Government restrictions, curfews, or permit cancellations - Strikes, civil unrest, or security concerns - Pandemics or health emergencies In such events, we will work with you to reschedule or provide alternative arrangements where possible. Refunds in force majeure situations will be subject to what we can recover from our service partners.
